Joshua Rosenthal Live - Heal the Healer Contest Official Rules

 

  • Eligibility:
    • The Joshua Rosenthal Live - Heal the Healer Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
    • Employees of JR22, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  • Entry Period:
    • The Contest ends on May 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period").
  • How to Enter:
    • To enter, participants must:
      • Comment under the designated contest post on @Joshua.Rosenthal.Health.Leader tagging the name of the person they would take to the event
  • Prizes:
    • Three (3) pairs of tickets to the "Joshua Rosenthal Live - Heal the Healer" event in New York City on May 18-19, 2024, will be awarded.
    • Prize does not include transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred by the winner.
  • Winner Selection:
    • Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
    • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Winner Notification:
    • Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) days following the end of the Entry Period.
    • If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days after the notification attempt, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner may be disqualified.
  • General Conditions:
    • JR22 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Contest.
    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of JR22.
  • Sponsor:
    • The Contest is sponsored by JR22, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE. 19958.
  • Release:
    • By participating in the Contest, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Instagram from any and all liability associated with the Contest.
  • Privacy:
    • Any personal information provided in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be subject to JR22’s Privacy Policy.
  • Void where Prohibited:
    • The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
