Terms and Conditions for Heal the Healer Event

  1. Event Organizer: Heal the Healer is organized by JR22 a company registered in the state of Delaware.
  2. Event Dates and Venue: The Heal the Healer event will take place on May 18-19, 2024, at 787 Seventh Ave in New York City, NY.
  3. Ticket Purchase: All tickets purchased for the Heal the Healer event are non-refundable.
  4. Recording and Image Usage: By attending this event, attendees acknowledge and agree the event will be recorded, and they may appear in the recording. Organizer reserves the right to use such recordings and images for future initiatives , without further consent or compensation.
  5. Emotional Content: Heal the Healer may include emotional content.  Attendees in a delicate frame of mind are advised to exercise caution and listen to instructions provided by event staff. Should attendees feel overwhelmed or distressed during any portion of the event, they are encouraged to seek assistance from event staff and are  encouraged to leave the auditorium as needed.
  6. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in removal from the premises without refund.
  7. Liability Waiver: Attendees participate in the Heal the Healer event at their own risk. Organizer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
  8. Changes and Cancellations: Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the event, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by Organizer, attendees will be notified, and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Organizer.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware. . Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
